Penelope Oakley paints from her studio, nestled in the peaceful South Downs. Embarking on her full time artistic journey in 2010, with her inaugural exhibition in Camden in 2011.  She has both exhibited internationally in   venues including Venice, Capri and Mississippi as well as curating International exhibitions.
